Catalent Pharma Solutions has formed two joint ventures in China for its Softgel Technologies and Clinical Supply Solutions businesses. The company has agreed to acquire, pending regulatory approvals, a majority share in Zhejiang Jiang Yuan Tang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
